Originally I ordered the flower basket for my Mother in Law but she received a plant. When I emailed Bloom Nation about the mixup, they immediately sent out a flower basket. I couldn't ask for better service.

My mom called twice to say how beautiful the arrangement was! She even loved that the handwritten note they sent on our behalf had phenomenal penmanship. They were also great about communicating exactly when the flowers would be dropped off so they weren't sitting outside that long. I would definitely order from Floral Excellence again!

I was absolutely thrilled with this arrangement!! I placed my order online, and I had fairly low expectations after being underwhelmed with the results of ordering flowers online in the past. BUT. . .

The service at this shop was exemplary - I recieved personal text messages letting me know when my order would be ready and reminding to show up before they closed that afternoon.

The flowers were gorgeous! Everything looked so perfect, we joked that it barely looked real. I did not pay a premium price for this order, but I absolutely feel that I recieved a premium product!

I give 6 out of 5 stars.

Floral Excellence is the best florist I have used in a long time. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because the arrangement was lacking the one thing that I thought was most striking in the picture on the website of Color Explosion: the succulent. Or maybe the recipient’s photo that she shared with me just didn’t show it. In every other way it seemed pretty spot-on.
